Used F-Barrier Wall

The F-Shape Barrier Wall is actually a modification of the classic jersey barrier wall that has been used for traffic purposes across the last few decades. Buyers often think the F in the name has something to do with the shape. In reality, multiple designs were tested to find a better solution than the jersey barrier wall. The design coded F was found to be the most effective at containing vehicle. While buyers often assume that F shape barriers are the better option compared with the typical used Jersey barrier wall, this isn’t the case. Since the Jersey shape was already used widely before the F barrier wall was introduced, it’s still popular today.

Used Jersey Barrier Wall

Jersey barrier walls are the original barrier for blockades to protect traffic. However, they are suitable for a wide range of purposes including in the construction industry, such as building a designated route for construction vehicles follow. Designed to reduce the incidental contact and avoid head-on collisions completely, these barriers are frequently used to protect construction teams operating on the road. The concrete barriers that we sell are not to be confused with the plastic barriers filled with water that share the same name. These are the Californian version of the concrete barrier wall used by construction workers and can typically be seen on the highways around the state. As well as being used on roads, like concrete jersey barriers, these can be used to define walkways or block access to certain locations. They can be permanent and semi permanent applications and are compliant to the needs of various uses.

Similar to used concrete jersey barriers, the K-rail barrier wall has been used for decades since the 60’s. With a low profile barrier wall, you can still provide the level of protection and security you need, but the design is far less obtrusive. These barriers are typically used when the aesthetic of an area needs to be preserved. As they are low to the ground, they do not block the profiles, but they are still beneficial on roads to ensure that drivers are protected from hitting both lights and tree poles. Of course, this type of barrier can also be used to keep construction workers safe as well.

The barrier can also ensure that pedestrians do not cross or enter the wrong place. While the barrier can’t physically stop a pedestrian from crossing, it is significant enough to act as a deterrent. Alternatively, you can think about purchasing a single slope concrete barrier wall. These barrier walls are another possible consideration instead of the New Jersey concrete barrier. This barrier has one key significant advantage. Used in a highway setting, the pavement next to it can still be overlaid when you use this type of barrier. The single slope barrier wall has been designed through the use of computer simulations to ensure that it will provide a high level of protection for construction workers or vehicles on the road. The single slope barrier concrete blockages can be used with the same level of ease as a jersey barrier. They have the same type of design to ensure that they can be moved using forklifts. Single slope barriers were developed after showing better performance compared with vertical barriers in a testing phase. The typical height of this type of barrier is about 32 inches, but you’ll find we have a range of different barrier wall heights to choose from on our sight. On the market, you will also discover that there are single slope barriers that provide different angles. We make sure to offer you the design that has an angle to deliver the absolute best results.
